History of Keble College AFC
Keble have been traditionally a solid performing college, with 4 Cuppers wins in 1994, 1993, 1958 and 1956. The side of the early 1990s was undoubtedly the most successful in the club's history, beaten in the first Cuppers final to be decided by penalties by Queen's in 1992, they put the disappointment behind them to win the double the following year. Since the formation of the Premier division at the beginning of the 2000/01 season, Keble have yo-yoed between the top flight and first division. After gaining promotion as champions of division 1 in 2001/02, Keble spent 3 seasons in the Premier division before relegation in 2004/05, an immediate return followed in 2005/06 but last season they were unfortunate to fill the final relegation berth on the last day of the season as they were thumped 6-2 by champions Worcester and other results went against them.
