Biography
Perenially injured vice-captain Huxley is a combative midfielder who could do with scoring a few more goals: one a season would be a decent start.
Banned from Park End before Toogood made it fashionable, Huxley is a liability on the lash when he is not out at the cinema or allegedly doing geography work, a paradox surely. His appointment as social sec at the beginning of the year was warmly welcomed; however, since then he has proved himself to be one of the most anti-social social secs in club history. Recently, Joe has regained some of his love for the lash, typified by hurling not once but 3 times on a table in a posh restaurant in London in the middle of a Worcester old sportsmen's dinner. We can only hope that Joe will bring some of this new-found enthusiasm to upcoming essential team-bonding events.
Rumours persist that Hux's injury problems are simply a façade to attempt to avoid his all too regular altercations with the fines master. Having said that Huxley does care so deeply about the club that he wears his favoured number 6 shorts to bed every night.
